| Announcement on Promoting and Implementing Inspection and Supervision Facilitation Measures for Imported Auto Parts | | 关于推广实施进口汽车零部件产品检验监管便利化措施的公告 |
| In order to advance the reform of “simplifying administrative procedures, decentralizing powers, combining decentralization with appropriate control, and optimizing services” in an in-depth manner, further enhance the port business environment, improve the customs clearance efficiency, reduce the customs clearance costs, and promote the continuous improvement of the level of cross-border trade facilitation, the General Administration of Customs has decided to promote and implement inspection and supervision facilitation measures for imported auto parts (for details, see the Annex) in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Ningbo. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为深入推进“放管服”改革，进一步优化口岸营商环境，提高通关效率，降低通关成本，推动跨境贸易便利化水平持续提升，海关总署决定在北京、天津、上海、重庆，广州、深圳、杭州和宁波推广实施进口汽车零部件产品（见附件）检验监管便利化措施。现就有关事项公告如下： |
I. For imported auto parts that are only subject to commodity inspection, an enterprise may directly take delivery of such parts to the destination and the Customs at the place of destination shall conduct the field inspection and random inspection. When the enterprise has urgent needs, the inspection may be preferentially conducted in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
