| For the purposes of promoting the development of the interbank currency swap market in China and reducing the overall credit risks on the market, with the approval of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, the China Foreign Exchange Trade System (“CFETS”) will launch the offset business for currency swap transactions on the interbank market. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为促进我国银行间货币掉期市场发展，降低市场整体信用风险，经国家外汇管理局批准，中国外汇交易中心（以下简称“交易中心”）将在银行间市场开展货币掉期交易冲销业务。现将有关事项通知如下： |
I. Participants in the currency swap offset business are temporarily limited to the RMB/FX currency swap members on the interbank market. Participants shall sign the Computing Service Agreement of the China Foreign Exchange Trade System and submit the Application Form for Offset Services in Foreign Exchange Derivative Transactions on the Interbank Market.
