| | 2016年年底，被告人徐福妙在浙江省永嘉县桥下镇徐山村一处田地种植罂粟。2017年4月8日，公安人员在上述地点查获该批罂粟，经清点、鉴定，共计2 243株。在附近务农的徐福妙在接受公安人员排查性询问时主动交代罂粟系其种植。 |
