| Under the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on the Temporary Exemption from the Banking Regulatory Fees and the Insurance Regulatory Fees (No. 52 [2017], MOF), the CIRC will temporarily waive the insurance regulatory fees from July 1, 2017, to December 31, 2020. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 根据《财政部 国家发改委关于暂免征银行业监管费和保险业监管费的通知》（财税〔2017〕52号）规定，我会自2017年7月1日至2020年12月31日，暂免征保险业监管费。现将有关事项通知如下： |
| I. Data submission during the exemption period | | 一、关于免征期的数据报送 |
| During the exemption period, all insurance institutions shall, under the relevant provisions on the collection of insurance regulatory fees, submit reports on insurance regulatory fees (including electronic data) to the appropriate collectors before May 15 of each year. | | 免征期内，各保险机构要按照保险业监管费收费的有关规定，于每年5月15日前向所属执收单位报送保险业监管费报告单（含电子数据）。 |
| II. Settlement and payment before exemption | | 二、关于免征前的汇算清缴 |
1. All insurance institutions shall pay the insurance regulatory fees payable for January to June 2017 at a reduced rate of 50% after calculation using the financial data and business data of 2016 as the payment base under the fee rates currently in force. New insurance institutions to which the policy of reduction by half has applied shall pay the fees under the principle of “reduction by half after reduction by half.”
．．．．．． | | （一）各保险机构对于2017年1－6月应缴纳的保险业监管费，应按照现有收费标准，以2016年度财务数据和业务数据为缴费基数进行测算后减半缴纳。其中，已实施减半政策的新开业保险机构按照“减半再减半”的原则缴纳。
