In accordance with the unified deployment of the State Council, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has reviewed policy documents in the areas of manufacturing and communications since the reform and opening up involving contents that are not conducive to stabilizing growth, promoting reform, adjusting structure, and improving people's livelihood. As deliberated at the 23th executive meeting of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on May 17, 2016, it is decided to repeal some policy documents (see the list thereof in Annex).
