In order to fulfill the requirements for the management of the qualification of fund practitioners and ensure the smooth registration of the qualification of fund practitioners, the relevant matters are adjusted as follows: for any fund practitioner who passed the Subject Test 1: Fund Laws and Regulations, Professional Ethics and Business Rules, Subject Test 2: Basic Knowledge on Securities Investment Funds organized by the Asset Management Association of China (“AMAC”) as well as the subject tests of Securities Investment Funds, Basic Knowledge on Securities Markets, and Basic Knowledge on the Sales of Securities Investment Funds organized by the Securities Association of China before December 31, 2015, the institution by which he or she is employed shall apply to the AMAC for registering his or her qualification to engage in the fund business (including the qualification to sell securities investment funds) before December 31, 2019.
