| As required by the State Council for promoting the review and reform of charges and for the purpose of further regulating the administration of administrative charges, you are hereby notified of the reexamined administrative charge items of people's procuratorates under the administration of the Central Government and the relevant issues as follows: | | 按照国务院关于推进收费清理改革的要求，为进一步规范行政事业性收费管理，现将重新审核后中央管理的人民检察院行政事业性收费项目及有关问题通知如下： |
I. Fees for duplication of case file materials. Where, in the litigation process of a case, the defender or agent ad litem duplicates the case file materials by using the paper or electronic medium (for example, copy paper, magnetic disk, and optical disk, the same below) provided by the people's procuratorate, the people's procuratorate may charge the duplication fees in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulation on the Disclosure of Government Information and the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on Issues concerning Charging Fees for the Provision of Disclosed Government Information (No. 44 [2008], Ministry of Finance).
