| For the purposes of implementing the spirit of the national teleconference on deepening the reform of “simplification of administrative procedures, decentralization of powers, combination of decentralization with appropriate control, and optimization of services” and transforming government functions and the requirements of the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Advancement of the Construction of a National Integrated Online Government Service Platform (No. 27 [2018], State Council), the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has conducted a comprehensive review of rules incompatible with “one-stop online government services.” Upon review, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs has decided to amend certain clauses of five sets of rules. | | 为了贯彻落实全国深化“放管服”改革转变政府职能电视电话会议精神和《国务院关于加快推进全国一体化在线政务服务平台建设的指导意见》（国发〔2018〕27号）的要求，农业农村部对与政务服务“一网通办”不相适应的规章进行了全面清理。经过清理，农业农村部决定：对5部规章的部分条款予以修改。 |
