On May 29, 2018, the General Administration of Customs (“GACC”) issued the Decision of the General Administration of Customs to Amend Certain Rules (Order No. 240, GACC), amending the relevant provisions of the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Supervision of the Goods Transited between Customs Offices, the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Supervision of the Containers and Carriages of Container Cars Used for the Transport of the Goods under Customs Supervision, the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Enterprises Engaged in Highway Freight to and from Hong Kong or Macao and Their Vehicles, the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Transportation Enterprises Undertaking the Road Transportation of Goods under Customs Supervision within China and Their Vehicles, the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Administration of Manifests for the Means of Transport Entering and Leaving China, and the Measures of the Customs of the People's Republic of China for the Supervision of the Means of Transport Entering and Leaving China. The Standard texts of the legal documents involved in the aforesaid measures are hereby issued (See Annexes 1-6).
．．．．．． | | 2018年5月29日，海关总署公布了《海关总署关于修改部分规章的决定》（海关总署令第240号），对《中华人民共和国海关关于转关货物监管办法》、《中华人民共和国海关对用于装载海关监管货物的集装箱和集装箱式货车车厢的监管办法》、《中华人民共和国海关关于来往香港、澳门公路货运企业及其车辆的管理办法》、《中华人民共和国海关关于境内公路承运海关监管货物的运输企业及其车辆的管理办法》、《中华人民共和国海关进出境运输工具舱单管理办法》和《中华人民共和国海关进出境运输工具监管办法》有关规定作出修改。现将上述办法所涉及的法律文书格式文本予以发布（见附件1-6）。
