| The China Banking Regulatory Commission, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission: | | 银监会、证监会、保监会： |
| The Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission have issued the Notice on Re-issuing the Administrative Charging Items of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (No. 20 [2015], Ministry of Finance), the Notice on Re-issuing the Administrative Charging Items of the China Banking Regulatory Commission (No. 21 [2015], Ministry of Finance), and the Notice on Re-issuing the Administrative Charging Items of the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (No. 22 [2015], Ministry of Finance). According to the principle of not increasing the burden on entities under regulation in general, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission have re-examined the rates of the regulatory fees and other fees collected by the China Banking Regulatory Commission (“CBRC”), the China Securities Regulatory Commission (“CSRC”), and the China Insurance Regulatory Commission (“CIRC”). You are hereby notified of the fee rates and the relevant issues as follows: | | 财政部、国家发展改革委已印发《关于重新发布中国证券监督管理委员会行政事业性收费项目的通知》（财税〔2015〕20号）、《关于重新发布中国银行业监督管理委员会行政事业性收费项目的通知》（财税〔2015〕21号）和《关于重新发布中国保险监督管理委员会行政事业性收费项目的通知》（财税〔2015〕22号），按照总体不增加被监管单位负担的原则，重新审核了银监会、证监会和保监会监管费等收费标准，现将收费标准及有关问题通知如下： |
| I. The charge items of the regulatory fees of the CBRC, the CSRC, and the CIRC mainly include institution regulatory fees and business regulatory fees. The charge items of the CSRC and the CIRC also include qualification examination fees for the relevant practitioners. | | 一、银监会、证监会和保监会监管费收费项目主要包括机构监管费和业务监管费。证监会和保监会收费项目还包括相关从业人员资格考试费。 |
II. The rates of the regulatory fees collected by the CBRC, the CSRC, and the CIRC shall be governed by the provisions of Annexes 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The qualification examination fees for the relevant practitioners collected by the CSRC and the CIRC shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the Notice of the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance on Reforming the Ways for the Administration of Fee Rates for National Vocational Qualification Examinations (No. 1217 [2015], NDRC) and be determined by the CSRC and the CIRC within the upper limit of the fee rates as prescribed by the state according to the principle of compensating for examination administration costs.
