The Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Acceptance of State Compensation Cases (hereinafter referred to as the “Provisions on the Acceptance of Cases”) and the Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Causes of Action for State Compensation Cases (hereinafter referred to as the “Provisions on Causes of Action”), as deliberated and adopted at the 1537th session of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court on December 26, 2011, has come into force on February 15, 2012. The Interim Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Acceptance of Criminal Compensation and Non-Criminal Compensation Cases (for Trial Implementation) and the Interim Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Causes of Action of Criminal Compensation and Non-Criminal Compensation Cases (for Trial Implementation) shall be concurrently abolished. For purposes of properly applying the Provisions on the Acceptance of Cases and the Provisions on Causes of Action, effectively ensuring that citizens, legal persons, and other organizations legally exercise their rights to claim state compensation, and accepting cases in a strict way, we hereby notify you of the following issues:

最高人民法院《关于国家赔偿案件立案工作的规定》（以下简称《立案规定》）、最高人民法院《关于国家赔偿案件案由的规定》（以下简称《案由规定》）已于2011年l2月26日由最高人民法院审判委员会第l537次会议讨论通过，自2012年2月l5日起施行，最高人民法院《关于刑事赔偿和非刑事司法赔偿案件立案工作的暂行规定（试行）》、最高人民法院《关于刑事赔偿和非刑事司法赔偿案件案由的暂行规定（试行）》同时废止。为正确适用《立案规定》和《案由规定》，切实保障公民、法人和其他组织依法行使请求国家赔偿的权利，把好案件受理关，现就有关问题通知如下：
