| In order to regulate judicial acts, prevent the handling of cases in violations of laws and regulations, and guarantee judicial justice, in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China,the Criminal Procedure Rules of People's Procuratorates(for Trial Implementation), the Regulation on Disciplinary Sanctions against Procuratorial Personnel (for Trial Implementation), and the Regulation on Inquiry into the Liability of Prosecutorial Personnel for Faults in Law Enforcement, the eight Prohibitions that shall be enforced strictly in the duty-related crime investigation of procuratorial organsare hereby issued: | | 为规范司法行为，防范违法违规办案，保障公正司法，依据《刑事诉讼法》、《人民检察院刑事诉讼规则（试行）》和《检察人员纪律处分条例（试行））》、《检察人员执法过错责任追究条例》，现颁布检察机关职务犯罪侦查工作必须严格执行的八项禁令： |
I. It is strictly prohibited to dispose of the clues to case without authorization, conduct preliminary investigation at will, or take the compulsory measures of restricting personal and property rights against the investigated objects in the preliminary investigation. Any violator shall be given a warning, or shall have a demerit or a serious demerit recorded; be demoted or removed from office where the circumstances are relatively serious; be dismissed where the circumstances are serious; or be subject to criminal liabilities if a crime is constituted.
