| In accordance with the Notice by the General Office of the State Council of Conducting a Review of Laws, Regulations, and Regulatory Documents on Ecology and Environment Protection (No. 87 [2018] , State Council) and the Notice by the General Office of the State Council on Effectively Conducting a Review of Certification Items (No. 47 [2018], State Council), the Ministry of Ecology and Environment has decided to repeal 47 regulatory documents and amend three regulatory documents, which are hereby issued. The regulatory documents repealed or amended as decided shall be repealed or amended on the date of issuance of this Announcement. | | 根据《国务院办公厅关于开展生态环境保护法规、规章、规范性文件清理工作的通知》（国办发〔2018〕87号）和《国务院办公厅关于做好证明事项清理工作的通知》（国办发〔2018〕47号），我部决定废止47件规范性文件，修改3件规范性文件，现予以公布。决定废止或者修改的规范性文件，自本公告发布之日起废止或者修改。 |
