| Since the issuance of the Notice of the Ministry of Commerce on Strengthening the Administration of Foreign Labor Service Cooperation (Letter No. 733 [2014], MOC, hereinafter referred to as the “Notice”), in conjunction with relevant departments, all local competent commerce departments have strictly administered the foreign labor service cooperation and conducted an overhaul of the order of the foreign labor dispatch service market in their respective regions with certain achievements achieved. In accordance with the requirements of the Notice, the competent commerce departments of 16 provinces (municipalities) including Shandong, Beijing, and Jilin have submitted their work reports on strengthening the administration of foreign labor service cooperation and their lists of foreign labor service cooperation enterprises.
