For the purposes of further regulating the work of anti-monopoly review of concentrations between undertakings, improving efficiency and transparency in the notification and review of concentrations between undertakings, and facilitating notification by the undertakings, in accordance with the Anti-monopoly Law of the People's Republic of China, the Provisions by the State Council on the Standards for the Notification of Concentrations Between Undertakings, the Guide by the Anti-monopoly Committee of the State Council to the Definition of the Relevant Market, the Measures for the Calculation of Turnover for the Notification of Concentrations Between Undertakings in the Financial Industry, the Measures for the Notification of Concentrations Between Undertakings, the Interim Provisions on Assessing the Impact of Concentrations Between Undertakings on Competition, and other relevant provisions, the Notification Form for Anti-monopoly Review of Concentrations Between Undertakings (the “Notification Form”) and the Form Completion Instructions are hereby issued.
