In accordance with Annex II to the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region; Interpretation by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of Article 7 of Annex I and Article 3 of Annex II to the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the Methods for Forming the Legislative Council in 2013 and Selecting the Chief Executive in 2014 of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Amendment to Annex II to the Basic Law of the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China Concerning the Method for the Formation of the Legislative Council of the Macao Special Administrative Region and its Voting Procedures shall be granted the filing by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, shall come into force.

根据《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法》附件二、《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于〈中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法〉附件一第七条和附件二第三条的解释》和《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于澳门特别行政区2013年立法会产生办法和2014年行政长官产生办法有关问题的决定》，全国人民代表大会常务委员会对《中华人民共和国澳门特别行政区基本法附件二澳门特别行政区立法会的产生办法修正案》予以备案，现予公布。
