| Announcement on Issues concerning the Comprehensive Cancellation of the Customs Clearance Form for Imported/Exported Goods | | 关于全面取消《入/出境货物通关单》有关事项的公告 |
| For the purposes of implementing the requirements of the State Council for institutional reform, further optimizing the business environment, and promoting trade facilitation, in accordance with the Decision of the General Administration of Customs on Amending Some Rules (Order No. 238 [2018], GAC), the matters concerning the comprehensive cancellation of the Customs Clearance Form for Imported/Exported Goods are hereby announced: | | 为贯彻落实国务院机构改革的要求，进一步优化营商环境，促进贸易便利化，根据《海关总署关于修改部分规章的决定》（海关总署令2018年238号），现将全面取消《入/出境货物通关单》有关事项公告如下： |
I. When the imported goods subject to statutory inspection and quarantine are declared, the original customs clearance code and serial number shall no longer be entered in the column of supporting documents in the Customs Clearance Form. An enterprise may conduct a declaration with the Customs through the integrated interface for customs declaration and inspection application of the “single window” (including access to the “single window” through “Internet + Customs”). An enterprise that needs to use the separate customs declaration and inspection application interface of the “single window” or enterprise Client for customs declaration and inspection application to conduct declaration shall enter the inspection and quarantine number in the electronic inspection application receipt in the column of supporting documents of the customs declaration form, and enter the code “A.”
．．．．．． | | 一、涉及法定检验检疫要求的进口商品申报时，在报关单随附单证栏中不再填写原通关单代码和编号。企业可以通过“单一窗口”（包括通过“互联网＋海关”接入“单一窗口”）报关报检合一界面向海关一次申报。如需使用“单一窗口”单独报关、报检界面或者报关报检企业客户端申报的，企业应当在报关单随附单证栏中填写报检电子回执上的检验检疫编号，并填写代码“A”。
