| Since the launch of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone (“SHFTZ”), the AQSIQ has guided the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision and the Shanghai Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in making active explorations and bold innovation, with 33 innovative measures implemented and 11 pieces of replicable and promotable experience summarized and extracted from the pilot reform program. In accordance with the overall arrangements of the State Council for replicating and promoting the innovative experiences of SHFTZ as soon as possible, the AQSIQ has developed the "the Work Plan of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine for Promoting the Replicable Experiences of the Pilot Reform Program in the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, which is hereby issued to you. Eight systems including acceptance of third-party inspection results, inspection and quarantine supervision of the global repair industry, risk management of biomaterial products entering and leaving China, administration of the certificate of origin for goods transited between customs offices, paperless inspection, quarantine and customs clearance, real-time assignment of organization codes, innovation in the standard recordation administration system for enterprises, and cancelation of the recordation of entrusted processing under the production license system shall be replicated and promoted nationwide.
