| Decision of the Ministry of Transport to Amend the Port Facility Security Rules of the People's Republic of China | | 交通运输部关于修改《中华人民共和国港口设施保安规则》的决定 |
| As decided by the Ministry of Transport, the Port Facility Security Rules of the People's Republic of China (Order No. 68 [2016], Ministry of Transport) are amended as follows: | | 交通运输部决定对《中华人民共和国港口设施保安规则》（交通运输部令2016年第68号）作如下修改： |
| I. Subparagraph (3) of Article 4 is deleted. | | 一、删去第四条第三项。 |
| II. One subparagraph is added as subparagraph (1) of Article 5: “(1) They shall issue the Statement of Compliance of a Port Facility.” | | 二、第五条增加一项，作为第一项：“（一）核发《港口设施保安符合证书》”。 |
III. In subparagraph (1), paragraph 2 of Article 22, “and types of vessels that may provide services” is added after “owner of the facilities”.
