| | 2010年10月，被告人胡昌彬承租林定华（另案处理）位于福建省福清市宏路街道南峰村废弃的养猪场，从事病死猪肉的加工、生产、销售活动。2011年1月，胡昌彬开始与被告人柯名治共同加工、生产、销售病死猪肉。至2011年3月份，胡昌彬、柯名治将捡回来的及收购的共计百余吨的病死猪肉进行宰杀后加工成排骨、肉、猪皮、腊肠等，作为食品销往山东省、浙江省和福建省等一些地区，销售金额达人民币54万余元。其中，向被告人黄圣华收购重约2.5吨的病死猪，向被告人杨金河收购重约2.5吨的病死猪，向被告人陈国亦收购重约0.5吨的病死猪。期间，被告人陈洪勇先后两次向胡昌彬、柯名治购买重约11吨的病死猪肉，支付货款3万元。2011年3月14日，执法部门对胡昌彬、柯名治的加工、销售病死猪肉窝点进行执法检查，当场查获病死猪肉5.93吨。经检验，送检猪肉猪圆环2型病毒呈阳性。 |
