| | 2009年2月，王清晨委托李超办理其名下位于北京市西城区一套房产的房屋买卖及产权转移手续。同年5月，李超将该套房屋卖给第三人并办理了过户手续，收取购房款68万元，但未交付王清晨。王清晨多次催要未果，向北京市东城区人民法院提起诉讼。2011年11月，北京市东城区人民法院作出民事判决，判令李超返还王清晨购房款68万元及利息。判决生效后，李超未履行还款义务，王清晨遂向法院申请强制执行。 |
