2008年4月，被告人李群辉向黄宪敏求购5千克K粉，黄宪敏即与被告人周浩联系。黄宪敏、李群辉、童军祥到温州市一宾馆房间与周浩会面，黄宪敏让童军祥试吸K粉确认质量后，向周浩购买6千克K粉。后黄宪敏将其中部分K粉交给李群辉。李群辉事后认为该批K粉质量较差，将K粉存放在黄宪敏处，请黄宪敏代为加工、出售。@#
