| I . Basic Facts | | （一）基本案情 |
| In the case of dispute over a construction contract for a construction project between plaintiff surnamed Zhao and defendant Jinan __ Properties Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jinan __ Properties Company”), at the application of plaintiff, the people's court imposed property preservation on defendant and ruled to seal up the land of 11,524.7 square meters (No. 0700038 [2014], State-owned, Changqing District, Jinan) in the name of a party not involved, Jinan Wanquan Beer Ingredients Co., Ltd. and freeze six bank accounts of Jinan __ Properties Company. Jinan __ Properties Company refused to accept the property preservation and deemed that the aforesaid property preservation has affected the normal operation of the Company and damaged the interests of house buyers. It raised a written objection and requested that the property preservation should be altered to sealing-up of two shops in the name of the Company and the freezing of several bank accounts of the Company should be removed. | | 原告赵某与被告济南某置业有限公司建设工程施工合同纠纷一案，人民法院依原告申请对被告进行财产保全，裁定查封了案外人济南万全啤酒原料有限公司名下的长清国有（2014）第0700038号土地（11524.7平方米）一宗，冻结了济南某置业有限公司名下的六个银行账号。济南某置业有限公司不服，认为上述财产保全行为影响了公司正常开展经营业务，损害了购房者的利益，提出书面异议，请求变更为查封该公司名下的两处商铺，解除对公司多个账户的冻结。 |
