| | 2009年4月，被告人杨平先为贩卖麻黄碱牟利，租用四川省双流县一废弃厂房，雇佣被告人曾红宝、刘林全、刘林辉等人利用其非法购得的“复方茶碱麻黄碱片”提炼麻黄碱。2010年3月9日，杨平先指使曾红宝将提炼出的200千克麻黄碱贩卖给被告人王小情。同月12日，公安人员在上述加工厂内查获一批生产设备和配剂，从厂内水池中查获含有麻黄碱成分的液体，另从杨平先的办公室查获28.38余千克的麻黄碱。 |
