Defendants: Ma Chongyang, et al.In the late July of 2008, the defendant, Ma Chongyang, gave 50 g of drugs to the defendant, Li Liang, for trafficking in Xi'an of Shaanxi Province. Li Liang brought such drugs to Weinan City for trafficking, but in vain. On August 18 of the same year, Ma Chongyang instigated Li Liang to bring such drugs back to Xi'an. Then, Ma Chongyang delivered them to Huang Jianmin, who took in some of them and sold the remaining ones.@#

2008年7月下旬，被告人马重阳在陕西省西安市给被告人李亮50克毒品让其贩卖，李亮将毒品带回渭南市贩卖未果。同年8月18日，马重阳让李亮将该50克毒品带回西安市，马将毒品交给黄建民，黄将毒品部分吸食，部分出售。@#
同月19日，被告人马重阳在西安市购得500克毒品，次日将毒品卖给黄建民。黄将部分所购毒品出售，部分藏于住处。25日17时许，公安人员在黄建民住所将黄和前来购毒的林某等人抓获，并在该住所内和林的身上查获咖啡因19克、含有海洛因的毒品83.9克。@#
