| | 2007年8月至12月间，被告人朴哲成在吉林省龙井市先后6次从宋哲（在逃）处购买冰毒共约15000克，运至山东省青岛市、烟台市卖给被告人栾海涛。2008年1月28日，朴哲成再次从宋哲处购买冰毒3930克，欲运往青岛卖给栾海涛。2月2日。朴哲成将冰毒藏入苹果箱放在自己的别克商务车内，与其雇佣的司机金昌范（另案处理）轮流驾车运至烟台市，而后又让金昌范单独驾车运往青岛市。当车行至济青高速公路青岛收费口时，公安人员将金昌范抓获，当场从车上缴获冰毒3930克。 |
