江苏省南京市人民检察院以被告人孙宪禄犯劫持航空器罪，向南京市中级人民法院提起公诉。@#
南京市中级人民法院经审理，查明：被告人孙宪禄从１９９３年７月起，即着手实施劫机的犯罪预备活动。１９９３年１１月２６日，孙宪禄购得天津至上海的机票一张。同月２８日１４时，孙宪禄携带早已准备的火药包及引燃线，登上中国国际航空公司“波音７３７”Ｂ－－２５８号１５２３次航班飞机。飞机起飞后不久，孙宪禄即以引爆火药包相威胁，胁迫机组人员将飞机飞往台湾，并对机组人员说“我的炸药是真的，要是不去，我马上就炸飞机。”机组人员采取措施后，孙宪禄在南京机场被抓获。@#
