Gold can be extracted from the cyanide gold potassium contained in the waste resulting from the productive process after retrieving by the factory.According to the provisions of the Administrative Regulations Concerning Gold and Silver of the People's Republic of China, gold shall be exclusively sold to the Haiyang County Branch People's Bank of China.@#

被告人王新明投机倒把一案，由山东省海阳县人民检察院向海阳县人民法院提起公诉。该院依法组成合议庭，经进行公开审理，查明：@#
海阳县无线电元件厂在生产中需用的氰化金钾，是由国家调拨的。生产过程中流失在废渣中的氰化金钾，该厂回收后，提炼成黄金，按照《中华人民共和国金银管理条例》的规定，应交售给中国人民银行海阳县分行。@#
１９８８年３月间，被告人王新明违反金银管理条例，擅自作主，先后４次将本厂提炼的黄金４６０６．５克，送到济南市齐鲁金店，以每克７３．５４元出卖，共得款３３８７３９．７５元，非法获利１６１６８３．７５元（此数额系按规定应卖给人民银行数额的差价）。@#
１９８８年１２月至１９８９年１月，被告人王新明自作主张，又先后３次将国家调拨给该厂的氰化金钾３５００克，倒卖给烟台市星光联合贵金属电镀公司，共得款１９９５００元，非法获利４６６２０元。@#
