| | 2013年12月11日，柳州市柳南区人民法院对柳州市永乐机电设备有限公司与柳州市开钿科技有限公司买卖合同纠纷一案依法作出民事调解书，确认由被告柳州市开钿科技有限公司向原告柳州市永乐机电设备有限公司支付货款本金及违约金合计224800元。诉讼中，法院依原告方申请，将柳州市开钿科技有限公司的5台开式固定台压力机、1台新型电动摆式剪板机、1付剪板机刀片裁定查封。调解书生效后，柳州市开钿科技有限公司未按调解书指定的期间履行给付义务，柳州市永乐机电设备有限公司遂于2014年4月10日向柳南区人民法院申请强制执行。 |
