| Defendant Gao Enjun, male, Han ethnic group, born on January 13, 1974, with junior high school education, farmer. | | 被告人高恩军。 |
After the 2011 Spring Festival, defendant Gao Enjun started to chat online with the victim Wang (with first name withheld, female, 13-year-old at the time), a first-year student of a middle school in Changyi city of Shandong province. In March 2011, Gao Enjun and Wang met and got acquainted with each other. Gao Enjun bought a cell phone for Wang for easy contact, and drove a car many times to pick up and drop Wang at school. During that period, Gao Enjun raped Wang four times in an apartment rented by him in the family residential areas of Longfeng Textile Printing and Dyeing Plant in Limin street, Changyi city. On March 25 that year, Wang reported to the police that she had been raped by Gao Enjun. Afterwards, Gao Enjun voluntarily paid Wang 10,000 yuan as compensation.
