Crime of Copyright Infringement by Wei Youjun and Zhong Shixin@#
The People's Court of Cangnan County, Zhejiang Province, at trial found that: in March 2010, defendant Wei Youjun agreed to print for Xie Mingqi (prosecuted separately) a batch of the "2010 Shanghai Metro Transportation Map," originally drafted by Shanghai Academy of Surveying and Mapping and published and distributed by Shanghai Popular Science Press. On March 12 of the same year, Wei Youjun arranged for Xinda Printing Factory of Pingyang County, Zhejiang Province, to print the said counterfeit maps, and he provided printing paper and film. Xinda Printing Factory's legal representative, defendant Zhong Shixin, without going through any legal formalities, accepted the business, and printed over 33,000 copies of the "2010 Shanghai Metro Transportation Map," earning over 5,000 yuan. On March 15, when Wei Youjun shipped the printed counterfeit maps to Youyi Color Printing Factory of Longgang Town, Cangnan County, in preparation for the process of map-folding, the maps were discovered and seized. On September 25, Zhong Shixin turned over the 5,000 yuan that he illegally obtained.@#

最高人民法院发布五件侵犯知识产权和制售假冒伪劣商品典型案例(第二批)之一：被告人韦友军、钟世新侵犯著作权案@#
浙江省苍南县人民法院经审理查明：2010年3月，被告人韦友军接受谢明齐(另案处理)的委托，印制一批由上海测绘科学院编制、上海科学普及出版社出版发行的“上海城区2010版交通图”。同年3月12日，韦友军委托浙江省平阳县新达印刷厂印刷该批盗版地图，并提供印刷用纸和菲林片。新达印刷厂法定代表人即被告人钟世新在无任何合法手续的情况下承接该笔业务，并印刷了33 000余份“上海城区2010版交通图”，获利5 000余元。3月15日，韦友军将该批印刷完毕的盗版地图运送至苍南县龙港镇友谊彩印厂准备折页加工时被查获。9月25日，钟世新退出违法所得5 000元。@#
