| From July 2009 to July 2011, Defendant Cheng Jiangping knew that the oil produced by Jinan Bohui Biological Technology Co., Ltd. and Jinan Gelin Bio-energy Co., Ltd. operated by Liu Liguo (handled in another case) was formed by processing kitchen waste oil. However, she still promoted it to Defendant Yuan Yi, owner of Hongda Grain and Oil Exchange in Qingfeng Grain and Oil Market of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province that operated edible oil, served as a bridge for the trading between Yuan Yi and Liu Liguo for multiple times, and gained commissions. Knowing the aforesaid circumstances, with the introduction of Cheng Jiangping, Yuanyi purchased a large amount of oil produced by the aforesaid two companies and paid over 3 million yuan in total. Upon filling of the oil valued 2.95 million yuan, Yuan Yi retailed it to owners of neighboring canteens at construction sites, night food stalls, and fried-stick stalls, or sold it to distribution enterprises of edible oil in Xinxiang City, Sanmenxia City, and other places at an increased price. The remaining oil valued 50,000 yuan was sold to Zhihui Chemicals Co., Ltd. in Wuzhi County. | | 2009年7月至2011年7月，被告人程江萍明知柳立国（另案处理）经营的济南博汇生物科技有限公司、济南格林生物能源有限公司生产的油脂是用餐厨废弃油加工而成的，仍向经营销售食用油的河南省郑州市庆丰粮油市场宏大粮油商行业主被告人袁一推销，多次为袁一和柳立国的交易牵线搭桥，从中赚取佣金。袁一明知上述情形，在程江萍介绍下，大量购入上述两公司非法加工的油脂，为此支付货款共计人民币300万余元。袁一将其中价值295万余元的油脂灌装后零售给周边的工地食堂、夜排档、油条摊业主，或者加价销往新乡市、三门峡市等地的食用油经销企业。其余价值5万元的油脂售往武陟县智辉化工有限责任公司。 |
