| Decision on Repealing a Rule and Some Regulatory Documents | | 关于废止部分规章和规范性文件的决定 |
According to the requirements of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Matters concerning Effectively Conducting the Review of Administrative Regulations and Departmental Rules and Documents (Letter No. 12 [2016], General Office of the State Council), the National Copyright Administration has reviewed rules and regulatory documents involving contents that are not conducive to stabilizing growth, promoting reform, adjusting structure, and improving people's livelihood. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Regulations on Procedures for the Formulation of Rules, the National Copyright Administration hereby decides to repeal one rule and seven regulatory documents as follows:
