For the purpose of implementing the Regulation on Practicing Frugality and Combating Waste by Party and Government Authorities, further regulating and strengthening the administration of funds for temporary official overseas trips, and better guaranteeing the progress of foreign-related work, in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Funds for Temporary Official Overseas Trips (No. 516 [2013], Ministry of Finance) on adjusting the expenditure standards at appropriate time, from January 1, 2018, appropriate adjustments will be made to certain lodging rates for temporary official overseas trips, and the relevant implementation issues will be further clarified. You are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows:
