| According to the relevant provisions of the Notice of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission on Banking Regulatory Charging Issues (No. 106 [2013] of the Ministry of Finance), we hereby notify you of the reassessed banking regulatory charging rates and the relevant issues as follows: | | 根据《财政部 国家发展改革委关于银行业监管收费有关问题的通知》（财综［2013］106号）的有关规定，现将重新核定后的银行业监管收费标准及有关问题通知如下： |
I. Institution supervision fees. The institution supervision fees you collect from all types of commercial banks, credit cooperatives, finance companies, trust and investment companies, financial leasing companies, and postal savings institutions, among others (hereinafter referred to as the “supervised entities”) subject to your supervision shall be computed and collected at a certain percentage of a supervised entity's paid-up capital at the end of the previous year, with risk factors taken into account. The specific charging rate is: institution supervision fee = paid-up capital at the end of the previous year × 0.05% × risk-adjusted factor. The risk-adjusted factor shall be determined according to the regulatory rating of the supervised entity: 0.85 for Class I, 0.92 for Class II, 1 for Class III, 1.08 for Class IV, and 1.15 for Class V.
