| Announcement on the Discontinuation of the Original Electronic Payment System for Customs Duties and Fees | | 关于原海关电子税费支付系统停止使用的公告 |

| For the purposes of further facilitating the payment of customs duties and fees on imported and exported goods and enhancing the efficiency of payment of customs duties and fees to the state treasury, the General Administration of Customs has decided to discontinue the original electronic payment system for customs duties and fees (hereinafter referred to as the “original electronic payment system”) as from October 1, 2018, and at the same time will switch to the new-generation electronic payment system for customs duties and fees (hereinafter referred to as the “new-generation electronic payment system”). The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows: | | 为进一步提升进出口货物海关税款支付的便捷性，提高税款入库效率，海关总署决定自2018年10月1日起停止使用原海关税费电子支付系统（以下简称“原电子支付系统”），并切换到新一代海关税费电子支付系统（以下简称“新一代电子支付系统”）。现就有关事项公告如下： |
I. As of October 1, 2018, the original electronic payment system will cease to operate, and the Customs will no longer transfer data on tax receipts and deposit to the third-party payment platform. Enterprises may choose to pay customs duties and fees over the counter or via the new-generation electronic payment system by visiting the “single window” and the “Internet plus Customs” platform. For detailed operations, refer to Announcement No. 74 [2014] of the General Administration of Customs.
