| Article 1 These Provisions are developed in accordance with the Legislation Law of the People's Republic of China, the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Supervision of Standing Committees of People's Congresses at Various Levels, the Resolution of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Strengthening the Judicial Interpretation Work, and other relevant legal provisions and in light of the actual procuratorial work. | | 第一条 为了加强和规范司法解释工作，统一法律适用标准，维护司法公正，根据《中华人民共和国立法法》《中华人民共和国各级人民代表大会常务委员会监督法》《全国人民代表大会常务委员会关于加强法律解释工作的决议》等法律规定，结合检察工作实际，制定本规定。 |

| Article 6 Judicial interpretations shall adopt the form of “interpretation,” “rule,” “provision,” “reply,” and “decision” and be subject to the uniform judicial interpretation numbering of the Supreme People's Procuratorate. | | 第六条 司法解释采用“解释”“规则”“规定”“批复”“决定”等形式，统一编排最高人民检察院司法解释文号。 |

| Article 7 The Law and Policy Research Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate shall undertake matters relating to the judicial interpretation work and uniformly take charge of such work as the approval of proposal, drafting, examination, coordination, and review of judicial interpretations. Other relevant business departments of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, local people's procuratorates, and special people's procuratorates shall cooperate with the Law and Policy Research Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate in jointly and effectively conducting the judicial interpretation work. | | 第七条 最高人民检察院法律政策研究室具体承办司法解释工作的有关事宜，统一负责司法解释的立项、起草、审核、协调、清理等工作。最高人民检察院其他有关业务部门和地方人民检察院、专门人民检察院应当配合最高人民检察院法律政策研究室共同做好司法解释工作。 |

The Law and Policy Research Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate shall take charge of studying and drafting the plan for the judicial interpretation work and solicit opinions from the people's procuratorates at the provincial level and the relevant business departments of the Supreme People's Procuratorate.
