| Announcement on Issuing the Revised Origin Criteria under CEPA with Hong Kong | | 关于公布香港CEPA项下经修订的原产地标准的公告 |
For the purpose of further promoting economic and trade contact between the mainland and Hong Kong, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Agreement on Trade in Goods of the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (hereinafter referred to as “CEPA with Hong Kong”), the origin criteria of the revised sub-item 2710.19 are announced (see Annex for the details) and the origin criteria of the sub-item 2710.19 in Announcement No. 214 [2018] of the General Administration of Customs shall be accordingly revised.
