| The Provisions shall come into force on February 7, 2018. Where the parties have submitted the relevant action materials to the corresponding intermediate people's courts or basic-level courts of Beijing Municipality before February 7, 2018, but the cases have not been docketed or have not been concluded despite docketing, the original relevant courts shall continue to review, docket, or try such cases.
