| In order to strengthen the control of rice import and further clarify the classification of rice and broken rice, the State Administration of Grains recently revised the Classification and Determination of Rice Grain Shapes (LS/T 6116-2017) and developed and issued the Standards for the Broken Rice (LS/T 3246-2017), both of which have come into force on June 14, 2017. In order to facilitate the determination of the grain shapes of rice and broken rice by the Customs, you are hereby notified of the issues concerning the implementation of such standards by the Customs as follows: | | 为加强大米进口管控，进一步明确大米和碎米分类，国家粮食局近期修订了《大米粒型分类判定》(LS／T 6116-2017)，制定发布了《碎米》(LS／T 3246-2017)标准，上述标准已于2017年6月14日起实施。为便于海关判定大米和碎米粒型，现就海关执行问题通知如下： |
