| I. The Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China is amended as follows: | | 一、对《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》作出修改 |
| Paragraph 2 of Article 10 is amended to read: “An entity engaging in foreign labor service cooperation shall have corresponding qualifications. The specific measures shall be developed by the State Council.” | | 将第十条第二款修改为：“从事对外劳务合作的单位，应当具备相应的资质。具体办法由国务院规定。” |
| II. The Maritime Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China is amended as follows: | | 二、对《中华人民共和国海上交通安全法》作出修改 |
| Article 12 is amended to read: “Vessels sailing on international routes that enter and leave the ports of the People's Republic of China must be subject to the inspection by the competent authorities. | | 将第十二条修改为：“国际航行船舶进出中华人民共和国港口，必须接受主管机关的检查。 |
| “Where vessels of Chinese nationality sailing on domestic routes enter or leave such ports, the voyage schedules, seaworthiness, staffing, cargo and passenger carriage of the vessels and other relevant information shall be reported to the competent authorities.” | | “本国籍国内航行船舶进出港口，必须向主管机关报告船舶的航次计划、适航状态、船员配备和载货载客等情况。” |
| III. The Customs Law of the People's Republic of China is amended as follows: | | 三、对《中华人民共和国海关法》作出修改 |
| (1) Article 31 is amended to read: “Goods that are temporarily imported or exported in accordance with laws, administrative regulations or the provisions of the State Council or the General Administration of Customs shall be re-shipped out of or into the territory of China within six months. Where the time limit for re-shipment out of or into the territory of China needs to be extended, the formalities for the extension thereof shall be undergone in accordance with the provisions of the General Administration of Customs.” | | （一）将第三十一条修改为：“按照法律、行政法规、国务院或者海关总署规定暂时进口或者暂时出口的货物，应当在六个月内复运出境或者复运进境；需要延长复运出境或者复运进境期限的，应当根据海关总署的规定办理延期手续。” |
| (2) In Article 59, “with the approval of the Customs” is deleted. | | （二）删去第五十九条中的“经海关批准”。 |
| IV. The Archives Law of the People's Republic of China is amended as follows: | | 四、对《中华人民共和国档案法》作出修改 |
| (1) Paragraph 2 of Article 16 is amended to read: “The owners of the archives as listed in the preceding paragraph may deposit the archives with or sell them to national archives. It is strictly prohibited to sell or donate the archives to foreigners or foreign organizations.” | | （一）将第十六条第二款修改为：“前款所列档案，档案所有者可以向国家档案馆寄存或者出卖。严禁卖给、赠送给外国人或者外国组织。” |
| (2) Item (4) of paragraph 1 of Article 24 is amended to read: “(4) Selling or transferring archives owned by the state without authorization in violation of Article 17 of this Law.” Item (5) thereof is amended to read: “(5) Selling or donating archives to foreigners or foreign organizations.” | | （二）将第二十四条第一款第四项修改为：“（四）违反本法第十七条规定，擅自出卖或者转让属于国家所有的档案的”。第五项修改为：“（五）将档案卖给、赠送给外国人或者外国组织的”。 |
| V. The Law of the People's Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Contractual Joint Ventures is amended as follows: | | 五、对《中华人民共和国中外合作经营企业法》作出修改 |
In paragraph 2 of Article 21, “If the foreign party, as agreed upon in the contractual joint venture contract, is to recover its investment prior to the payment of income tax, it must apply to the financial and tax authorities, which shall examine and approve the application in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state on taxation.” is deleted.
