The Measures for Paying Litigation Costs (hereinafter referred to as the Measures) shall come into force as of April 1, 2007 and at the same time,the Measures for the Collection of Litigation Costs by the People's Courts andthe Supplementary Provisions on the Measures for the Collection of Litigation Costs shall not apply any longer. For the purpose of implementing the Measures and regulating the payment and management of litigation costs, you're hereby notified of the following matters: | |
《诉讼费用交纳办法》(以下简称《办法》)自2007年4月1日起施行，最高人民法院颁布的《人民法院诉讼收费办法》和《＜人民法院诉讼收费办法＞补充规定》同时不再适用。为了贯彻落实《办法》，规范诉讼费用的交纳和管理，现就有关事项通知如下： |

The litigation cases and execution cases accepted by the people's courts as of April 1, 2007 shall be governed by the Measures. | |
2007年4月1日以后人民法院受理的诉讼案件和执行案件，适用《办法》的规定。 |
The litigation cases and execution cases accepted by the people's courts prior to April 1, 2007 are not governed by the Measures.
