| Announcement on the Additional List of Dual-use Items and Technologies Banned from Export to North Korea | | 关于增列禁止向朝鲜出口的两用物项和技术清单公告 |
| In order to implement the relevant UN Security Council resolutions and abide by the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the dual-use items and technologies in connection with weapons of mass destruction and their means of delivery as listed in the Announcement are hereby banned from being exported to North Korea. The Announcement shall come into force on the date of issuance. | | 为执行联合国安理会有关决议，根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》，禁止向朝鲜出口本公告所公布的与大规模杀伤性武器及其运载工具相关的两用物项和技术。本公告自公布之日起执行。 |

| This List is formulated based on UN Security Council Resolution 2270 and in accordance with S/2016/308 Document of UN Security Council. | | 本清单根据联合国安理会第2270号决议，依据联合国安理会S/2016/308文件制定。 |
