| For the purposes of effectively strengthening the prevention and control of the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia (“NCP”) by financial departments, effectively providing financial services after the Spring Festival holiday, ensuring the stable and orderly operation of the financial market, effectively reducing mass gatherings, blocking the spread of NCP, and protecting people's lives, safety and health to the largest extent, you are hereby notified of the relevant matters as follows: | | 为了切实加强金融部门疫情防控，做好春节假期后金融服务工作，确保金融市场平稳有序运行，有效减少人员聚集，阻断疫情传播，最大限度保护人民群众生命安全和身体健康，现将有关事项通知如下： |
