| Article 1 For purposes of strengthening and regulating the interpretation of intra-Party regulations and enhancing the enforcement of intra-Party regulations, these Provisions are formulated in accordance with the Regulation of the Communist Party of China on Formulating Intra-Party Regulations. | | 第一条 为了加强和规范党内法规解释工作，提高党内法规执行力，根据《中国共产党党内法规制定条例》，制定本规定。 |
| Article 2 Intra-Party regulations shall be subject to interpretation if the specific meaning of certain clauses therein or the applicable clauses are required to be further specified. | | 第二条 党内法规需要进一步明确条款具体含义或适用条款的，应当进行解释。 |
| Article 3 The central organizations of the Party may interpret intra-Party regulations they formulate, or authorize relevant ministries or commissions to interpret such intra-Party regulations. Where more than two ministries or commissions are authorized to make an interpretation, the entity which takes the lead shall work with relevant ministries or commissions to make a unified interpretation, instead of each making its interpretation separately. | | 第三条 党的中央组织可以对其制定的党内法规进行解释，也可以在其制定的党内法规中授权有关部委进行解释。授权多个部委进行解释的，牵头单位应当会同有关部委统一作出解释，不得各自解释。 |

| Article 4 The interpretation of an intra-Party regulation shall follow the principles for formulating intra-Party regulations as set out in Article 7 of the Regulation of the Communist Party of China on Formulating Intra-Party Regulations, be faithful to the original intent of the intra-Party regulation, and adapt to the needs of the development of the Party's cause and the actual circumstances of the Party building, without being contrary to the purposes for and basic spirit of formulating the intra-Party regulation. | | 第四条 解释党内法规应当遵循《中国共产党党内法规制定条例》第七条 |
