For the purposes of regulating commercial banks' participation in the pilot program for the treasury bond futures business in the China Financial Futures Exchange (“CFFEX”) and effectively guarding against risks, in accordance with the Trading Rules of China Financial Futures Exchange and the Measures of the China Financial Futures Exchange for Membership Management (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures for Membership Management | | 为规范商业银行参与中国金融期货交易所（以下简称交易所）国债期货业务试点，有效防范风险，根据《中国金融期货交易所交易规则》和《中国金融期货交易所会员管理办法》（以下简称《会员管理办法》）等规定，现就商业银行参与国债期货业务试点的有关事项通知如下： |
| I. Commercial banks participating in the pilot program for the treasury bond futures business in the CFFEX shall abide by the relevant laws, administrative regulations, rules, business rules of the CFFEX and the relevant provisions of this Notice. | | 一、商业银行参与交易所国债期货业务试点，应当遵守有关法律、行政法规、规章、交易所业务规则及本通知有关规定。 |
| II. Commercial banks shall participate in treasury bond futures trading as required by relevant regulatory authorities. | | 二、商业银行应当按照相关监管部门要求参与国债期货交易。 |
III. During the pilot period, a commercial bank applying for the trading and settlement membership in the CFFEX shall, in addition to the requirements prescribed in Article 7 of the Measures for Membership Management
