《野生动物及其制品价值评估方法》已经2017年9月29日国家林业局局务会议审议通过，现予公布，自2017年12月15日起施行。

野生动物及其制品价值评估方法
　　第一条　为了规范野生动物及其制品价值评估标准和方法，根据《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》第五十七条规定，制定本方法。
　　第二条　《中华人民共和国野生动物保护法》规定的猎获物价值、野生动物及其制品价值的评估活动，适用本方法。
本方法所称野生动物，是指陆生野生动物的整体（含卵、蛋）；所称野生动物制品，是指陆生野生动物的部分及其衍生物，包括产品。
　　第三条　国家林业局负责制定、公布并调整《陆生野生动物基准价值标准目录》。
　　第四条　野生动物整体的价值，按照《陆生野生动物基准价值标准目录》所列该种野生动物的基准价值乘以相应的倍数核算。具体方法是：
