Announcement on Issuing the Catalogue of Goods Subject to Automatic Import License Administration (Sugar) 公布《纳入自动进口许可管理货物目录（食糖）》
In accordance with the Foreign Trade Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulation of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Import and Export of Goods and the Measures for the Administration of Automatic Import License for Goods, it is hereby decided to subject the sugar beyond the import tariff quota to automatic import license administration (see Annex for details), and the Catalogue shall come into force on November 1, 2014.
．．．．．．		 根据《中华人民共和国对外贸易法》、《中华人民共和国货物进出口管理条例》和《货物自动进口许可管理办法》，现决定将进口关税配额外食糖纳入自动进口许可管理（详见附件），自2014年11月1日起执行。
