| Article 1 These Provisions are developed in accordance with Articles 46 and 70 of the Regulation on the Administration of Futures Trading for the purposes of preventing and cracking down on the illegal acts of manipulating the futures trading price. | | 第一条 为防范和打击操纵期货交易价格违法行为，依据《期货交易管理条例》第四十六条和第七十条，制定本规定。 |
| Article 2 Where anyone frequently places and cancels orders or places or cancels huge orders not for the purpose of conducting transactions, which affects the futures trading price or futures trading volume, and conducts transactions contrary to the original directions of orders or seeks the relevant benefits, it constitutes manipulation. | | 第二条 不以成交为目的，频繁申报、撤单或者大额申报、撤单，影响期货交易价格或者期货交易量，并进行与申报方向相反的交易或者谋取相关利益的，构成操纵。 |
| Article 3 Where anyone fabricates or disseminates false or misleading information, which affects the futures trading price or futures trading volume, and conducts the relevant transactions or seeks the relevant benefits, it constitutes manipulation. | | 第三条 编造、传播虚假信息或者误导性信息，影响期货交易价格或者期货交易量，并进行相关交易或者谋取相关利益的，构成操纵。 |
| Article 4 Where anyone offers public evaluation, forecast or investment advice on a contract or the subject matter of a contract, which affects the futures trading price or futures trading volume, and conducts futures transactions contrary to the evaluation, forecast or investment advice, it constitutes manipulation. | | 第四条 对合约或合约标的物作出公开评价、预测或者投资建议，影响期货交易价格或者期货交易量，并进行与其评价、预测或者投资建议方向相反的期货交易的，构成操纵。 |
Article 5 Where anyone evades position limit by illicit means in the approaching delivery month or delivery month, which gives rise to position advantages and affects the futures trading price, it constitutes manipulation.
