In accordance withthe deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, in April 2015, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone expanded its coverage, and China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China (Tianjin) Pilot Free Trade Zone, China (Fujian) Pilot Free Trade Zone were officially formed and put into operation. Over the past more than half a year, the four pilot free trade zones have made active explorations and brave innovations, and have formed a group of practices with strong system innovativeness and good feedback from market players in trade facilitation, investment system reform, interim and ex post regulation, etc. As deliberated at the second plenary meeting ofthe State Council's inter-ministerial joint meeting for the work of pilot free trade zones, the office of the joint meeting has compiled eight cases with relatively outstanding achievements to form the “Best Practice Cases” of pilot free trade zones, which are hereby issued for the reference of all localities in the process of deepening reform and expanding opening-up.
